Refund on initial payment before installation - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

It's been 4 months now since I applied.I paid the initial fee of 1500 and waited for installation.After a month the installers came and said that no facility is available in our area.since then, I've been checking on the status and found out that my application is on hold.After 2 months I found out that my application was cancelled.I filed a refund but up to now no update from converge..Please help.
