Hi. I am writing because I have already paid the initial payment needed and was asked of me prior to the installation. I paid it last Saturday and it said that it will be debited real-time. But as I checked, the status is still Awaiting payment. I even got a text message as the acknowledgement receipt that my payment has been received. I have attached the screenshots for your review. Please get back to me right away because I was already debited the 1,500. I did everything step by step. I followed what was instructed of me.
