Delivery delay - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Not happy about the service at all and I won’t be buying from this store again, there’s no customer care, there’s no any feedback, I have been calling the call center the phone just rings no one picks up, ordered a sewing machine on the 3rd of august but haven’t received it, this is not acceptable at all you don’t even bother replying our emails,
