Paid but undelivered food - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

Ordered food Aug 7 and settled via debit card. While waiting I just saw a notification that the food has been cancelled. I found out that the rider called a different number from one of the addresses saved under my account. Nobody called me. Sent an email 3 times but receiving same reply that I was the one who cancelled. The rider is also a liar. He did not admit that he was the rider from Food Panda. This is his mobile no 09159227150.
