I contacted cust care 5x in the past months.My fibre is partially installed. Metrofibre still needs to install another box where i can plug the router in. The last lady i spoke go on wednesday contacted a lady at metrofibre that promised to contact me. No call, no response. My contract was written onnthe 6th of July 2020. Unacceptable.
