Poor customer relations - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeOn Friday 12th February at 5.30pm I visited the Vodacom store in Canal Walk regarding an upgrade on my Vodacom contract.(i0643630-6).I am a pensioner and have been a loyal customer for over 20 years but the "Manager", namely Ms.Kenny Marcus treated me with impatience and disrespect,eventually storming to her office ,closing her door and refusing to engage further,eventhough I was not rude,nor abusive but simply did not understand all the implications for a future upgrade say to Samsung-21.
