Almost 2 weeks NO internet connection. No action from Converge - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Converge ICT Solutions Inc.I raised a ticket in Converge last 09/17/2020 due to internet issues (LOS flashing red light) and there are no updates from them. Called a couple of days after raising the ticket, they said someone will fix the issue within 24-48hrs, nothing happened. Called again after 2 days, able to speak to Supervisor, the supervisor asked for our mobile numbers and he said that he will update us WITHIN THE DAY but he didn't text or call us, called again after 2hrs, the agent said that we are scheduled for repair either Thurs or Fri. Thursday, no one came, Friday, no one came. Called the hotline again and they said that there is no schedule for us! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR! AGENTS AND SUPERVISORS ARE ALL LIARS. Especially the agent named Mark. NO ACTION FROM CONVERGE! FIX OUR INTERNET CONNECTION!!
