Cancellation of contract - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I've been trying to cancel my out of contract number since NOVEMBER 2020. I've been billed and billed and billed for a service I haven't been using in almost 2 years and I finally stopped paying in February.

My other contract number is now suspended as my account is now in arrears after I was promised there would be a credit passed.

Vodacom I am dissapointed in you - you are now just like Telkom and Eskom and any other company in this country that doesn't give a damn about service delivery.

After years of loyal support I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I even received an email saying attempts to reach me have been unsuccessful but every time I get a call and I answer it just rings and rings and rings until it cuts off so it's YOUR OWN SYSTEMS that are failing you.

Hi i had to pay my account in full to canceled my contract im om prepaid since that time now they handed me over for not paying my contract please let me know why thanks
