Not receiving an monthly invoice - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I am not receiving a monthly invoice and have to phone for it every month. I need to speak to a consultant as Toby cannot assist. It takes me 10-20 min and more and it is unacceptable. If this is not resolved I will take my contract elsewhere.
