Missing SOA - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I have sent an email to Converge ICT Solutions multiple times to ask for my SOA month to month but I have not received any for July. Their app only shows June. It's already August, a new month, no SOA available. Their customer service number does is always busy, no answer and so does their email.
