GCASH/Double Charging/Ill Attitude - Consumer Complaint for MINISTOP Philippines

MINISTOP PhilippinesAt December 4, 2020 11:22 Pm at Ministop Montalban Town Center branch has a Service Crew (FEMALE crew stationed in Cashier at that moment) who has a bad attitude towards their customer the way she talk to customer is improper and disrespectful then not informing their Gcash system have a problem, I already sent a gcash bill to their gcash acct/number during the process then they charge us for the payment 2nd time because they argue us that there is a problem on their gcash. So why they don't tell me before? And they want me to comeback again tommorrow for that purpose??? And they show me an ill attitude then. Hopefully my manager from my work and my co-worker lend me some actual bills for the 2nd charge of their payment. And another thing they didnt issue me a official receipt for my items that supposedly applied in their SOP. I have my proof including their CCTV footage! Is this how MINISTOP's Crew trained to face and talk to their customers? Without manners and without standard procedures? Can you please do something about this issue because as I knew Im not the only customer who is experience this type of customer CARE????.
