I bought a jvc 65 inch smart tv from bradlows welkom in july 2020
From the start there was a dot on the screen, i phoned the manager and said i dont want to open the tv so ill live with the dot. I asked her that if the dot got worse if i could phone her and if she would help me, she said yes of course. So in January 2021 the dot got bigger, actually longer. In feb i noted a crack right where the dot was, so from the start the tv had to have a small crack that got worse because of working temperatures and ambient temperatures. The consumer act states that i can return, exchange or request a repair within 6 months from delivery. There are also no marks that can proof that i damaged the tv. Ftom delivery up to when i made a call to the manager, i need the recordings from bradlows, my 6 months was stil in bounds. Please see to my complaint. Jaco 0724404204
