Vodacom Newmarket Poor service and lies to client - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Hi ,good day was wondering if you can help? Who likes to wait 5 weeks for a phone to get fixed? Might be 6 weeks Who wants to made look like a fool and get lied to ? Well that's vodacom Alberton newmarket. These guys have one stories after the other . So I had a problem with my phone took it to the store I bought it from in east Rand mall Chats Vodacom , on the 18 02 2021 . Ok woman named Wendy took it said to me they taking phones tomorrow to Alberton repair centre on the 19 02 2021. I asked her will it take 2 weeks or so ? She said no should be quicker . So after 2 weeks get a sms from vodacom with a quote , so I called them agreed they can fix it gave the go ahead. So they say will be fix by Friday will get my phone the Friday . So I asked them ok how do I pay ? Do I pay at the shop when do I pay ? So women says I can pay later not giving any details on when and where I must pay . Not very helpful sounds like she does not know. So Thursday came and I thought let me call to make sure the phone will be fix by Friday. So they say oh they ordered a part for the phone and now don't know when is it coming might be here on the weekend. So I said fine will phone Monday . Monday comes so I decided will phone chatz east Rand mall to get an update from them .So Wendy phone repair center Alberton to them asking what's happening with my phone . So Wendy spoke to them and she calls me back saying they have not got payment from me as yet . So I was confused asking her is the phone fixed ? So she says no .so said ok I will phone them as they never told me I must pay when I phoned them on Thursday last week . So I gave them a call asked them what's up with the phone ? So the women says now they got the part and put it in , but waiting again for a part they had to rebook it in saying something about va battery . Because it didn't switch on after they replaced the part. So I said fine why did you guys update me that you now waiting for another battery or part .oh She still didn't say anything about payment and why it's taking so long .so I said I will phone back Thursday . So Thursday comes I phone now it's the 19th.( one month gone ).so phone east Rand mall vodacom Wendy says they delayed because have not paid . Ok well they have not giving me a request yet no one phoned me to ask for payment or my email for bill. So I told her I want my phone I tired of all these stories so she says will find out what's happening . So I call them any way the repair center , spoke to a women and she says will be fixed by Saturday day and deliver by the shop .so I ask well must I pay ,as you guys say you guys are not fixing the phone because I have not paid . Gave her my email I did pay payment Thursday. Thinking I'm getting my phone Saturday as she promised knowing I'm with out a phone . So they make me a fool like I didn't pay and that's why it's taking so long . Any way Saturday come was thinking let me rather go get it straight by Alberton repair centre because should be ready as promised. lucky I phone them so another women pick up the phone so I ask her can I collect .she says no waiting for a part .so I'm upset saying but Thursday you guys said it will be ready they working on it at the latest moment.she says no one said that she does not know about it .so now I have been lied to and looked like a fool . Ok I say can I speak to the manager she says sure when he is done .so I said please let him call me she says fine . He will . After 2 hour I call back asking to speak to manager again . She says no he left a hour ago .so manager didn't even bother to phone me .never experienced poor service like this before. So you see you guys vodacom don't care poor service lies people don't know if they coming or going .one guy says one thing oder guy has another storie. Manager does not even care to phone a customer that needs stuff to be sorted. looks bad for vodacom won't buy from vodacom again .very dissatisfied. It's going for the 5th week I'm waiting now . I'm not willing to wait forever. What is Vodacom going to do ? To fix this poor service . I am now going to be with out a phone for how long Vodacom? Is Vodacom even going to sort this out or must I wait another 5 weeks for a reply from my complaint?
