I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A12 on a top up contract. When RAM came to deliver they informed me that I can not use a license as identification. I recently lost my ID so I was told to contact Vodacom to resolve the issue. When I finally got through and explained my problem, the consultant told me to cancel my contract and that she couldn't help me.
Is this the way you treat customers? You have so many customer that you can afford to chase away the ones with queries?
I am really disappointed in the service that I got and will recommend ANY other mobile service provider to everyone I know
