Vodacom don't want to help me - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeVodacom phoned us in july 2020 to give us a "promotion". After finding out they lied to us we wanted to cancel the agreements. After a huge fight which involved hello peter as well they said both lines was cancelled. We believed them. After a month they deduct again money extra we phoned them they said they will sort it out. They never come back to us if we don't phone them they don't phone. After 9 months i'm still paying an amount for something i don't use. When i phone them they 1st they said they didn't receive the modem which we did send back i'm assuming they lie again as they lie everytime. Then i said we did send it they said they will look into the matter. Never phone back. We phone again they said they will pay withing 48 hours. After 1 week again i phoned now again they didn't receive the modem.I can't cancel or get my R2000 back from august 2020 i have to pay an amount to stop the contract or pay another year and a half. I'm not prepared to pay anything more as they can see that we are not using the modem or data. We are very disapointed in vodacom we are customers for almost 20 years if not more but the last 3 years they bullshitting us. We are fed up.
