I have requested that three of my contacts be canceled and the last payment was supposed to be going off at the end of August 2020. Untill date no one has addressed my issue or refunded me and the debit order is still going off. I have canceled the debit order and now Vodacom is threatening to suspend my current contract that I'm still using. I think the level of service recieved from Vodacom towards a client that had numerous contacts over the past years is highly unfair and unprofessional. I have referred this matter to the ombudsman as well and would urgently like a manager of some sort to contact me
