Good day, I apologize for this message but i am extremely upset about this kak. I skipped a payment last month unintentionally by filling my cupboards as i had nothing in my house, I was worried about my debit order that will bounce but even AFTER the 15th of Novemeber NO FUCKING DEBIT ORDER was deducted!, and NOW suddenly my wife gets a kak message from you assholes stating that I should arrange payment for my account that is in arrears. WHAT SHIT IS THAT??? all my other debit accounts calls me 2 or 3 days after my debit bounced but NOOOOO you wait till AFTER the half of the fucking month to start with shit like this. I am sick of VODACOM anyway because without any notice you decided to deduct more than my normal amount from my account. My normal amount for my contract war R445.00 on the 1st of OCTOBER 2020 I recieved a debit message showing that VODACOM deducted R499.97 of my account. With this message I would also like to inform you that I want to cancel my contract with Vodacom as soon as my contract matures next year. I will no longer sit with this bull shit, I am moving my business to Cell C

I am a fellow disgruntled client. While I agree with Vodacoms service being past pathetic Sir, you expected the debit order to bounce. A call to warn them and to make an arrangement beforehand would probably have prevented a call and a lot of frustration. I can appreciate your frustration on trying to keep your debts up to date and provide for your family in these difficult times. I sadly have to agree overall there is very empathy or caring and the server returned levels are very poor.
