Refusing to cancel contracts - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have been batteling to get 3 contracts cancelled that have expired between 1 and 3 years ago. 1st date of call 02/06/2020. To date I have called numerous times. Have got ref numbers and empty promises. My account is now in arrears as I refuse to pay the contracts that have expired. Credits and refunds were promised. Everytime I have to hear how the request is being escallated with no results. I have now filed a complaint with the communications ombudsman. Maybe I will get results from that. Never in my life have I come across this kind of uselessnes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A disgrace to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
