CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

On 26 October 2020 I've downgraded on number 0646517807 without a new handset. Phone with number 0646517807 has been stolen 29 October 2020. We blocked the sim immediately and I was informed to phone customer service the 1st November 2020 to cancel the contract. I gave them the case number. I was then informed that the contract has been cancelled. I was very suprised when I've received my account of R1899.00 for this month. I have contacted the customer care several times with no answers yet. My wife went to Vodacom Mall in Witbank today 25 Nov 2020 and the lady said we must contact customer care again to cancel the contract. I phoned them and told them the story a 1000 times still no answers. Now I want to know what is going to happen regaring the contract on 0646517807 that has been stolen , blocked and blacklisted. I want to cancel this contract before month end I am not going to pay R570.00 for a phone that is stolen and reported to Vodacom.

I need an answer very urgently please
