RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

Your courier was not professional and very rude. I understand their tiredness doing their duty, but they must manage to do their job. Awhile ago I almost argue with the courier named JEFFREY NOROMBABA. He's attitude is not proper and he was hesitant at first to deliver the item today because he can't find my address. I told him I asked my parents to receive the item in my behalf. And it's my first time to encounter this kind of hassle because I usually got my items from shopee without problem. I can't understand why most of J&T couriers are lazy and can't find ways to deliver the parcel without problems.

Same courier po. Naencounter namin ni Mama in two different deliveries. Sobrang rude, disrespectul, at obvious na ayaw niya sa trabaho niya. Lahat may struggle. That's a given. Pero wala pang 2 minutes ang interaction mo sa customer, pwedeng wag kang nakakatakot?
Nung naencounter siya ng Nanay ko akala ko exaggerated lang siya magkwento, pero kanina lang siya ang nagdeliver saken. Hindi ako agad nakalabas ng gate para kunin at bayaran products ko, sabi niya sa nanay ko, "kung ayaw niya maistorbo sa pagtulog, wag siya magorder online".
Same courier, I googled the tracking number for my Shopee order and saw his name and contact number. If multiple people are complaining about your rider, maybe something should be done about it. Thank you.
