I currently have the same issue with Food Panda. I've stopped corresponding with them since they are senseless to deal with. Moving forward, I have sent an email to DTI for corrective action. Food Panda is just infuriating. When I have my money credited to my bank account (instead of having it as a Food Panda wallet), I'm deactivating my account with them. This company has been the worst I've to deal with so far!
