Delayed Installation of Internet - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I applied for an internet connection for converge on second week of august thru its staff. The staff told me to wait for the application number before I go to the converge office to pay the installation and deposit fee. They told me there are going to install may internet connection from 15 to 20 days 2 weeks after I settled my account to converge i got a text message from converge that one of their staff will reach me out thru phone call to propose an installation date but since then I haven't recieved call nor text messages. I want the management to install my internet for my online class. If they fail to do so I will go to DTI to file a formal complaint against Converge.
