Rider is incompetent and lazy - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

The rider whose name is Stephen Jay Catapan with phone number 09061927296 did not deliver my item to where I said it should be delivered. He has given me invalid reasons when in fact it is not my fault that he is riding
a tricycle. Given the current situation it is very risky going outside.
