Direct debit - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I purchased a contract in Dec 2020 and was told that there would be a monthly debt order for R138.00 taken from my account.
Yesterday I received an final warning letter stating that I owe R515.
1. This is the first correspondence that I have received from Vodacom
2. No amounts have ever been deducted from my bank account
3. I have paid the R515.00 into a Vodacom bank account - I have no idea if it is the right account ????
4. The p***@vodaco.co.za and customercare email addresses are both blocked and my emails were returned
5. I am not in South Africa at the moment so can not access messages on my contract sim or set up a debt order on my bank account on line
6. I have been unable to speak to a human in the accounts department and resolve this issue

I am now beyond fed up with Vodacom.

What must I do to resolve this issue????????
