I write to you disappointed that my enquiry and phone calls are not responded to or replied to.
I Called Christina, emailed her to no success on feedback on our account status.
I have been dealing with Apollo with zero issues, no delay whatsoever and now that he is not in the office, we have to struggle to get feedback.
I have no visibility on our account status because my emails and call are unanswered.

This is very wrong! we urgently need to shop but I have to know how much we have and if the payment we made has reflected and been updated into our account.

I already shared the proof of payment on email.
