No information for refund on converge website - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Converge ICT Solutions Inc.There is No installation happened due to wrong mapping in my location for the last 3mons. I decided to come up with refund but its been over a month now refund is in vain.

Comment Me too! I have been waiting for my refund for a month now. Every agent I speak with advises me differently on what they are doing. And the other agent didnt do.
