Fraudulent matter - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Clicks Store - Head OfficeOn Saturday 20/03/21 @ 15:35 I return a hairstraigther @ Clicks Zevenwacht.I received a refund of R359. I went straight to Pep home Zevenwacht.At the till @ 15:50 the cashier inform me that she cannot accept my money as it was fake.I went back to clicks as this is where i received the note.The person that gave me the money took the counterfeit note.She said she is going to report it to her manager.She gave me a new R200 note.After I spoke to my husband about the whole ordeal we return to clicks to see the note.That was about 45min later.The person told us that she already bank it.The training manager took my details and did not border to make any contact.On 23 March we return to the store to enquire whether they retrieved the counterfeit note.The training manager said he is still awaiting on Standard bank.On the 23 March I went to Kuils River police station to open a fraud case.My case was registered with saps.
