No Return No Exchange Policy - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

I would like to address the performance and behavior of the manager at Puregold Centro, Naga City, Camarines Sur.

My sister Florranne Aguito-Imperial (Puregold cardholder) bought 3 boxes of baby's milk with groceries last November 22, 2020 @ around 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Because of the store rules and policy of Puregold Naga, "hindi namin makukuha ang product hanggat di pa po nababayaran sa kabilang cashier" technically sasabihin verbal/magpapakita ng maliit na piraso ng papel para maorder ung gatas sa milk station ang produkto", so the saleslady handed the 3 boxes at the cashier/counter of milk without proper recap to the next station. My sister did not though t that she received a wrong item, which is she asked for Nido 3+ 1.6kg, and the saleslady mistakenly gave her NIDO 1+3 ages. Honestly my sister fault, she did not verify the milk because she is comfortable that the sales agent packed the correct item.

We decided to ask for the return of the said item because we cannot longer used the product since my neice is 4 years old. We are aware of the DTI rules and policy (7 days return) in every store as long as no damages of the product and we can still have the receipt for the proof of transaction.

But the manager refused and decline to return the item.

I am asking for your assistance to please evaluate the attitude and behavior of your staff. We are the customer requesting for the proper channelling of the complains but she doesn't entertain our concern.
