I paid them to get an internet on April but they said we couldn't get a connection because no cable is available which is opposite to what they said that our are is serviceable when I submit the application. On May 13 I asked them to refund me instead but until now still no one is attending to my concern. I sent them 8 emails to look into it and tried calling their hotline several times but still no action from them. It's very disappointing they don't care with their customer resolving an issue like this.
