Missing Payment refund - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I had a 2 year contract with Vodacom and on the 3rd of February a payment of R820.00 was debited but due to a issue with my bank the R820.00 was Returned (bounced) so on the 6th of February 2020 i made a cheque card payment via the Vodacom app which cleared on the 11th February 2020 but Vodacom is sayin the payment was never received but I have the proof ,bank statement uploaded- thing is I was also refunded R881.72 for late cancellation fees (sta-I3918536-2020-09-03_748) which is where the issue lies. On the 19th of August i sent the first email with all documents attached and up until now I'm still struggling to get my refund.. the customer service is so so poor and I'm sorry to say but its blatantly clear that the staff don't know what they doing. iv had so many blank email responses , iv spoken to so many advisors , requested manager call backs and even spoken to so called solution experts but still its seems with the documents they all cant tell the difference between the R881.72 and the R820.00 because every time a query gets escalated for the R820.00 not long after it gets closed as resolved due to the R881.72 which was refunded to me.. all I want is my R820.00 refund which I'm being refused. Its honestly been a horrific experience with Vodacom concerning the whole 2 year contract as 6 months in my iPhone 8 plus went dead while charging ,I took it to the vodashop in canal walk and it was sent away to repairs ,few days later received a message saying that the warranty is void due to a mark on the screen which wasn't there when we took it in (I have the paperwork to prove it) yet I was told that I have to pay in R8500 for a new handset) I took the phone to wefix who confirmed that the motherboard is dead and its definitely a manufacturing fault.. i have the paperwork to confirm that yet ended up paying 18 months for a dead phone...that's R14.400 paid for a dead phone. I cant express how painful and depressing this whole experience has been and all I want is this refund issue resolved. Its been 49 days since my first email and this will be my very last desperate attempt for help. Iv logged several complaints and iv got a list of reference numbers , as per ICASA iv allowed the service provider over 14 working days (like 35 to be exact) to resolve the complaint but its not happened. All I wanted was my R820.00 refund but now I'm gonna lodge a full scale complaint about the dead phone and the refund to ICASA , I have all relevant supporting documents, emails and SMS messages to support my case.
