7 piece dining set - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Purchased a dining room set on the 13th of November send pictures on the 18th of the damage set
Was promised it will be uplift in the same week
Followed up I was told that definitely in the 17th of December
Today is the 18 of January no phone call no uplifted or exchange
Such poor and ridiculous service I am no totally fed up with this un acceptable service
I purchased it cash and now no one cares
