Lost box- very poor customer service - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office
RECIPIENT
LBC - Head OfficeWe sent two boxes of LBC againts anniversary promo was picked up on June 2,2020. From that time on we are tracking but then only 1 box is visible in the system. We continously called LBC 2-3 times a week but customer service response are always we will check and call you back.. till this date.. only one call back we received from them,,WE WILL CHECK and call you back... almost 2 months has past. We are really frustrated because we dont know what is happening. In this present situation we are all expecting compassion and concern from our fellow filipinos hoping that our box will be found because we worked really hard for our families.
