Missing item, parcel opened - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I received my parcel opened on the side and fixed it with a tape labeled jtexpress. when I check the items one item is missing and that item is surely can fit in the already opened area. I confirmed that the items are complete before they received it from the transit.. I think there's something happened
