I dont know why it is taking this long for Converge to call me and schedule my installation. Out of desperation, ive approached one of converge installers in Flair and asked for his help. Even with his help, there is no update AT ALL as to when it can be installed. He said that my name is in the line up. We made it clear with the Sales Rep (Angelica Gutierrez) that we need the connection ASAP. We sent all the requirements and deposited the payment right away but now theres NO update at all. It seems like my installation papers are just sitting in a desk and NO one cared to call or update even if I follow up at least 3x a day. Please understand that all people depend on the internet since we are working from home. We did our part. YOU took our money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOUR PART AND INSTALL MY INTERNET ASAP.
IVE BEEN PATIENTLY WAITING BUT MY JOB IS BEING COMPROMISED. we are moving to our new address tomorrow at Flair and we need that internet connection ASAP!
