Cancelation - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI want to cancel contract for 0790697227. I dailed on 30/09 to cancel my data contract spoke to a lady Mamsie she promised i will get a sms confirming cacelation that i am still waiting for. 26/10 mony was deducted and i reversed transaction 26/11 money was deducted( on 28/11 i called spoke to Linton and he also promised escalation to management and i will receive sms on 30/11. I received nothing so ln 01/12 i called 4 times 1 time weng through but after 5 min opetator put me on hold and after 5 min i hung up. It seems Vodacom dont want to cancel my contract and if i dont get joy by 20 Dec my account will be closed and they can take both contracts to hell. I will not be bullied
