Bad - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I have been a customer for over 10 years ..but this is now ridiculous



Firstly clicks Westgate mall is the store I have major issues with .
1.i have bipolar disorder (it's a mental health disorder)
2.i have my script loaded at any clicks convent to me.
3.i have never registered for them to prepackaged my medication for collection and dont recive sms from them either
3.i specifically remind the pharmacist at the stores when loading my scrip to please make it central so I can collect at any branch
4.i do this because I'm on the road 90% of the time and I need to be able to acsess my medication anywhere
5.yesturday I went to the store in zevenwaght mall to go and load a script and also get my medication as I had none left it was time to get my new monthly meds.
Oh to my surprise Again FORVTHE FORTH TIME THE PHARMACIST AT WESTGATE MALL HAS PROCESSD MY MEDS THRU MY MEDICAL AID WHICH KEANS I COULD ONLY GET OT THERE
AND I WAS VISITING FAMILY AND WAS ALREADY PASS THERE CLOSING TIME AT WESGATE SO I OBVIOUSLY COULDNT MAKE IT
6.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS WILL BE THE 5TH TIME THIS HAPPENS TO ME
7.THE MEDICATION I TAKE IS TO ASSIST ME MENTALLY AND ALSO TO HELP ME HAVE A GOOD NIGHTS REST
WHEN I DONT TAKE MY MEDICATION I CANNOT SLEEP SO YES I HAVENT SLEPT FOR OVER 23 HRS NOW
IM A STAY AT HOME MOM OF 3 KIDS HOW DO YOU EXSPECT ME TO FUNCTION WHEN I DONT SLEEP FUNCTION WHEN I DONT TAKE MY MEDICATION
THIS IS DETREMENTAL TO MY HEALTH
I SUFFER WHEN I DONT TAKE MY MEDICATION

THE FIRST 3 TIMES I ACCEPTED THE APPOLGY FROM THE PHARMACY AND MOVED ON STILL AGAIN NOT GETTING MY MEDS AND RODDING OUT THE NIGHTS UNTILL I COULD GET TO WESTGATE CLICKS

THE LAST TIME THE PHARMACIST GAVE ME ADDITUDE TELLING ME OS HELPLING ME BY PROCESSING MY MEDS TO AVOID A QUE


I DONT CARE I NEVER ASK F9R THAT SERVICE BECAUSE ITS POINTLESS FOR ME IT DOEAT HELP ME IN ANYWAY

THEN I HAVE CALLED YOUR HEADOFFICE PPL RATHER SENDING MY CALLS ALL OVER FORST CUSTIMER SERVICE WHERE I HAVE TO REPAET MY COMPLAINT
THEN THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER TO XALL WHICH DOSENT EXISIT
I CALLED THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT 4 TIME AND NO HELP AT ALL NOW THEY GIVING KE THIS EMAIL

WELL THINGS RRMAIN TO BE SEEN IF THIS EMAIL EVEN ENDS UP WHERE IT SHOULD


I WILL BE GOING TO OMBUDSMAN'S IF I DONT GET ANY FEED BACK TODAY

I CANNOT AND WILL NOT ACCEPT A SIMPLE SORRY THIS TIME

THEY ARE CAUSING ME SERIOUS HELATH ISSUES THAT I CANNOT ACCEPT THIS ANYLONGER
