TV bought on lay buy and no stock anymore - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

Good Day, I have bought a special,a Hisense 65" UHD TV with Hisense 2.1 soundbar on lay buy from you and now that everything is fully paid they tell that there is no stock available at any of your stores and that you won't get stock in again?! How is it that I can pay something on lay bay but then you don't save stock even though I pay faithfully every month. I would like a response from head office and would like to get this resolved. I do not want a demo TV as I have paid for a new one. The worst of all is, this TV is still being advertised in your stores, but you do not have stock.
