No call back. - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

To whom it may concern. Last week wednesday i got a message saying that i would receive a call for confimation on my contract. 1 week later still no call. i need to finalise this contract and confirm. i phoned in twice to ask them to call me in regards with confirmation and yet nobody has called me. if this is how you serve customers, count me out.
