ISSUES WITH BLACKLISTING MY PHONE AFTER ITS STOLEN - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My phone was stolen at work this morning 06/03/21 upon phoning vodacom the 1st 3 consultants tried their best to assist me the last 1 was SO rude that when i told her i am not happy to wait up to 4 days i need her to escalate my complain after she had notified me that the courier will bring back my cancelled order for the phone to be blacklisted, she decided to cut my phone and put me through for service raitings, i also find it hard to understand why should i suffer simply that i have a pending upgrade,i use my phone for work which makes it possible for me to pay you monthly, now for those to 4 days i won't be able to do my work as expected,simply because i have to wait for your contractor(which i am not a client) to return the order to you,UNBELIEVABLE!!!
up to 4 days? Are you Real all that at the COST of my inconvenience???

I am so disappointing with such poor service an inconvenience, after i have been such a loyal client for so many years that not even once i missed my debit payment!!!

Please note i regret upgrading with you and the service i received am speechless, let alone the RISK of not being able to simply blacklist and block the phone, I will NEVER do business with you just assist me with cancelling the order i will then unlock/sim swap my number and port to another service provider who cares.
