Broken Fridge - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

0n the 23/07/2020 I bought a 323L Fridge. At OK Store I Dobsonville. When I open the Fridge at home one of the shelves was broken. I took the shelves back to the store. They told me they will send to the suppliers the following day. But since that day I never recieve any call updating about my shelve. I went there yesterday they told me they will call the supplier tomorrow. After a month bought the Fridge.What was the delay not calling the supplier. Me buying the Fridge that was not completed. Was terrible. Its was R6599. I don't want any apologies from anyone. I want my money. I never in my life see such a terrible service after spending so much money. I want my money. They must come and collect their Fridge or I will go and drop it at the Store door.
