NO INTERNET CONNECTION - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Last July 29 around 9am we lost our internet connection (PON is blinking) been doing all the troubleshooting and reaching your hotline number since last week but its always busy! We are WFH and because of the internet issue we need to outsource another provider just to cope up with our work.
