La Trinidad, Benguet J&T express agent is sending false text messages - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

In La Trinidad, Benguet, some J&T express agents are sending me unofficial text messages that are telling me to pick up my package at their branch although it was supposed to be CASH ON DELIVERY. The agent is making excuses to avoid the delivery by sending me redundant messages. More than 4 orders had already been cancelled because of it. Please make this concern reach their facility.
