order not deliver - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

Jan. 17, 2021 @ 11:30am, i order @ foodpanda order #r5ln-o007. I ordered dark choco milk tea 1L and paid thru debit card. The rider called me and told me that he is on my pin location but my current location is @ arguelles jaro iloilo city, i offered him a solution but unfortunately he refused it, it was okay fo me then because i made a mistake but the thing that i didn't like is his behaviour towards me, hes being rude when he speak and it came from his words that hes been suspended for many days due to his behavior and that is why i filed a complaint against him. i don't tolerate that kind of behavior where in the 1st place im a customer. hoping for your kind consideration on this mater.
