5 DAYS WITH NO INTERNET!! Please fix asap! PON is in green light already after a connection down yet, it’s been 5 days but the internet is still unconnected. Weak Security is popping up when trying to connect and a notif that our connection is interrupted. Please fix asap! I have wasted money trying to call your landline, messaged your FB account and raised a ticket twice yet i have received NO RESPONSE!!! I AM PAYING YOU ON TIME !!!

Online Problem: No internet Daily Interval 12hrs after fully restored.,

message info from text: beginning no internet after 6hrs they text problem status.

other: make a Cellphone Hotline "who's gonna call this (02) ***-**** or (054) ***-**** cellphone charge 15/mnt sir/mam new generation no local phone used today
if they connected running time start but query is selecting please select 1-4 ., pinoy nga naman mahina pasensya mag pindut 1-4 (kiosk) mapunta kung san pa
