Removal of port from the nap box to connect new applicants - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

This happened last August 15 and up to now we do not have an internet. This is the same isssue with PLDT contractors wherein the alleged parties will remove the existing subscribers to connect new applicants. The technicians are from Fastel Services. They also asked money from the new subscribers.
