Inefficiency of Melissa/Mem in Puregold Qplaza. Cashier #10, 7:30 PM, 19-Oct-20 - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

I was queuing in Counter #10 and the cashier was noticeably SLOW. Other counters catered to more customers, albeit their larger volume of items. After this Melissa/Mem girl's transaction with the 3rd customer ahead of me, she just left. I and the woman in front of me waited for over 15 minutes for her to return. I checked with the bagger and the supervisor on what was taking so long. She was having her bills changed!! First, she should have advised us clients where she would go, not leave us hanging and waiting cluelessly. MEM was written on the left sleeve of her blouse. I assume that it is her name. Also, she was not wearing any ID. What an inefficient cashier. She does not deserve that job. Other people are more deserving of the salary she gets from Puregold.
