good day to your good office.
im writing a complaint on behalf of my father who is in his senior years already. this morning, i received a txt message fr him that he is having a high blood pressure due to an incident happened in puregold ampid san mateo branch. h
my father(eduardo agnes) who is a regular customer, said he felt disrecpected when the security guard harsly put down the eggs he bought. in fear thatbit may break, he had a confrontation with the security guard named sg paycana.
i would like to file for a for a complaint. since all customer shld be treated properly.

Parang pinopost lang po nila 2 dito but they are not doing any disciplinary actions against their employees. Mine is the super bobong supervisor na gusto KO tlgang mabigyan ng disciolinary actions. Poor customer servcie .
