The package was sent from Paete Laguna to Dasmarinas Cavite last May 20,2020 and until now, June 14,2020, its still not delivered. Talked to an LBC customer service which was really annoying since you will only get an automated response. And if an agent replies to your query, the next thing will happen is another automated response. After 2 weeks, we were informed that the roads in cavite were closed due to the quarantine. But how come LBC can transfer it to another branch for pickup if the roads are closed? And we were asked to pay an additional fee for the transfer? I mean, what is this? Another payment for their failures? And they want us to come and pick it up to in their branch? This is their problem. If they cant do their job, then that means they are doing false advertising. Can somebody do something about this? This is really frustrating since that package is needed for work from home.
