Unprofessional Cashier - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

This cashier probably was not able to undergo customer service training. After waiting for my long turn to pay for my groceries, I put the basket on top of the cashier's station because there are frozen meats and cold cuts inside the basket, and instead of offering something where I can put those products, she told me "patanggal na lang po sa basket" with not so good tone, so I replied "kelangan ko ng lalagyan ng mga meat and cold cuts" she handed me over what I need and proceeded with her doing what she needs to do but you will feel like she's doing something that she doesn't want to do. After paying for my groceries, she talked to her colleague about a certain "rich" customer that's kind, helping her pack the groceries and all that stuff, I just find it unprofessional for her to talk about it given the situation that we had. This is the first time that I filed a complaint about a customer service representative, and I'm working in a customer service industry as well, I know how it works. I hope you guys can find time to let these employees undergo customer service training so that they can reflect the Puregold's Service Policy,
1. Providing above par customer service
2. Service with a smile
3. Helping the small entrepreneurs.
I attached the screenshot of the receipt that indicates the cashier's name and the transaction date and time.
