With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that I have been emailing your ICT and customer services to make a follow up about my installation schedule payment has been made last July 16, 2020 and until now I have never heard any follow up about your promised services. Upon checking my status it was "on hold" instead of waiting for your services which I badly needed for my work, I would like to request a for refund. Thank you and hope for your quick response
